Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all authentic tags still attached.

Package Your Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed via email.
